The Information Central Hotline provides member companies with instant access to a team of NPMA's staff experts. Developed to give practical solutions to pressing technical and operational issues, the hotline provides members with outside expertise.

 

Your Voice in Washington & Missouri

To ensure your concerns as a pest management professional are heard. NPMA is the only entity that represents our industry before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies. NPMA’s government affairs staff track Missouri regulatory changes and policy-related media, and coordinate this information with MPMA’s leadership. Working together, MPMA and NPMA develop legislative strategy, talking points and position papers that members can use to communicate with state representatives.

 

Training, Education & Networking

NPMA represents the industry’s leading educational programs and workshops from specialty business meetings to Legislative Day to the PestWorld Convention & Exposition, the largest annual gathering in the world of PMPs and suppliers. In partnership with MPMA, NPMA develops regional educational conferences offering CEUs, management training and networking opportunities.

MPMA also hosts regional meetings that cover a variety of topics and offer educational credits – online registration is available and members receive significant discounts on NMPMA meeting registrations.

Thousands of consumers regularly visit "Find-a-Pro" to locate a pest management professional that services the area near their home. The company name and contact information of all MPMA members are listed and searchable by zip code for consumers to access. This is a valuable referral service.

 

Communicating with Our Members

Stay on top of the latest research and business trends with NPMA’s PestWorld, a bi-monthly newsletter, and ePestWorld, a weekly electronic newsletter. PestWorld features technical information, regulatory updates, business management articles, and association news.  The ePestWorld contains the most current and timely industry and state news.

MPMA sends out a monthly the Advocate newsletter featuring local news, a calendar of regional events, regulatory updates, and technical information.
